Frequently asked questions about air dancers
How much space does an air dancer need?
The usual models need a clear area of about 2 x 1 m. What matters is the height: allow up to 6 m of clearance, because an air dancer works upwards, not sideways. Each product page gives the exact figure.
Do air dancers need power?
Yes. The continuous blower runs on 230 V / 16 A; larger set-ups need two separate circuits. We bring the cable drum and adapters.
Do air dancers cope with wind?
In moderate wind, yes — anchored with pegs or weights. In a storm warning we take them out of service: the figures are light and the blower cannot hold pressure against gusts.
Can air dancers be made in our own design?
Yes. We produce shape and colours to your specification — allow a few weeks' lead time. At short notice, banners and signs at the base are the way to go.
Does someone have to supervise them?
No. Air dancers run unattended. We set them up, switch them on and collect them after the event.
