A trade fair stand needs different modules from a street festival, and a Christmas party different ones again from a family day. With well over 1,000 bookings a year, we know pretty precisely what works at which kind of occasion — and what gets in the way.

The questions that decide whether an event goes well
Most problems on the day of the event are caused not by the modules but by the conditions on site. That is why we ask early — the sooner we know, the calmer the setup day will be.
- Ground and standing area: firm, level and load-bearing? On sensitive floor coverings we work with protective mats and advise you beforehand whether an installation is possible there.
- Access: we need to bring a van or a van and trailer to within a few metres of the installation point — we cover the rest with a pallet truck. Please always discuss difficult delivery situations with us in advance.
- Floors: we do not carry modules to upper storeys. That calls for a goods lift, whose dimensions we check together beforehand.
- Power: as a rule one or more separately fused Schuko sockets are enough; in rare cases we need three-phase power. We state the exact requirement with the quotation.
- Operating time: six hours per day is standard. A shorter time does not change the module price; a longer one is possible and involves additional costs.
Frequently asked questions about event planning
How many modules do I need for how many guests?
As a rule of thumb we plan six hours of operating time per module — and we plan it so that no long queues build up. For a concrete recommendation we need the number of guests, the age range and the duration of your event; we then work out a mix of modules that spreads the demand.
Can modules be set up the day before?
In principle, we make anything possible. Please tell us your preferred time slots as early as the quotation stage so that we can schedule vehicles and staff accordingly. Setting up the day before or dismantling the day after has to be agreed in advance and may involve additional costs.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The weather cannot be planned, but the alternative can: many modules can be given a roof or swapped for indoor alternatives. Talk to us early and we will build a covered or an indoor version into the plan from the outset. What applies in the event of a cancellation is set out in the cancellation terms of our terms and conditions.
Do I need permits?
Which permits and registrations are needed depends on the location and the setting of your event — talk to us and we will tell you which documents you need for your module. All Xtreme climbing walls and play equipment from five metres in height have a current TÜV certificate and a construction logbook to EN 13814 (DIN 4112); our inflatable play equipment is manufactured in accordance with DIN 14960. If you or your safety officer would like documentation, please let us know at the quotation stage.
