Planning a company party — modules that win over the sceptics

A company party is the hardest type of event we know: mixed age groups, different fitness levels, hierarchies in the room and at least a third of the guests who would really rather stay by the buffet.

That is exactly why a single highlight rarely works at a company party. What does work is a mix of three levels: an eye-catcher that gives people something to talk about, several low-threshold modules you can join in without changing clothes, and a station where you are simply allowed to watch.

As an eye-catcher, Bull Riding, Speed Cage and the Formula 1 Simulator have proved themselves — you can see at a glance what is going on, and a round is short enough for a queue to form. Low-threshold options are Reaction Wall / twall® 64, XXL Dart, Mega Table Football 22, Air Hockey and the Mobile Bowling Alley: step up, play, move on. For watching and talking, casino tables such as American Roulette or Black Jack work well, together with a funfood stand serving popcorn or candied almonds.

Allow six hours of operating time per module. If your party runs longer, we plan for that — additional time is possible and is calculated separately. For indoor parties we clarify access, floor covering and storey in advance: we have to be able to drive to within a few metres of the installation point, and upper floors are only possible with a goods lift.

If you would rather outsource the whole thing, we take over the planning including decoration and funfood — right down to the branded archway at the entrance.

  • Mix three levels: eye-catcher, hands-on module, spectator station
  • Indoor classics: Reaction Wall, casino tables, simulators, pinball — independent of the weather and quiet enough for conversation
  • Outdoor classics: Bull Riding, Human Kicker XXL, Bungee Trampoline
  • Six hours of operating time per day; longer deployment on request
  • Branding possible on almost every module — at least two weeks’ lead time for print data

FAQ

Häufige Fragen: Firmenfeier

How many modules do we need for 200 guests?

As a guideline, for 200 guests we plan four to six modules, one or two of which are crowd-pulling highlights. The decisive factor is the time each round takes: a Bull Riding occupies one person for a minute, a casino table eight guests for an hour. Tell us the number of guests and the duration and we will calculate the mix so that no queue is longer than five minutes.

Do the modules also work in a hall or a foyer?

Many of them do. Simulators, Reaction Wall, pinball machines, casino tables, photo booths and trade fair games are made for indoor use. Ceiling height, floor covering and access are the critical points. Tell us the room height, the type of flooring and how we can deliver — we check every module individually and suggest alternatives where necessary.

How far in advance should we enquire for a company party?

For parties between May and September we recommend three to six months' lead time, because the popular modules are booked up early in the high season. For dates in the winter half of the year, six to eight weeks is usually enough. Either way, you will receive a quotation within 24 hours.
