Our promise

An answer within 24 hours

When you send us an enquiry, we will prepare a quotation within 24 hours — or at least come back to you with the points we still need to clarify. A few details help us to be quick about it.

Your address and contact details (email and telephone number)
Your VAT identification number if your company is not based in Germany
The event date and, if you know it, how long the event will last
The event location including the setup situation (hall, lawn, courtyard, floor level)
The approximate number of guests and their age range

Our office is staffed Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. At the weekend the office and the warehouse are closed — the answering machine gives you an emergency number that is available around the clock.
