For trade fair stands we recommend modules with three qualities: a compact footprint, a short round time and highscore logic. If you want to generate leads, work with the Prize Wheel Standard, the Prize Column, the Bingo Box or the Raffle Drum — taking part in exchange for a business card is the simplest mechanism that still works at trade fairs. For image material and social reach, the Greenscreen Box Clip Fun, the Photo Booth X500, the Flip Book Greenbox and the Social Media Printer are ideal, each with your artwork as a backdrop or a frame.
At trade fairs, branding is used practically every time. Almost every module can be brought into your corporate design with banners, stickers or signs; every product page shows the available areas with their dimensions. We need the print data as a print-ready PDF, true to scale at 1:10 or larger, at least 150 dpi, without bleed or crop marks — no later than two weeks before the date.
One logistical note: freight forwarding to trade fairs is not possible, because no fixed address or named person can be given there. We therefore always deliver to trade fairs with our own fleet and team. Some modules — the Aerotrim, for example — are available as a dismantled version that fits through any standard door and is assembled on site.

Will the modules fit through normal hall doors?
That depends on the module and is stated in the technical facts on the product page. Many trade fair games and small modules are deliberately built to fit through standard doors. Larger modules such as the Aerotrim are available as a dismantled version that two members of our event staff assemble on site. Send us your door dimensions and we will check this in advance.
Can we use the same module at several roadshow stops?
Yes, that is one of our most frequent enquiries. We schedule the module, the vehicle and the team across the whole tour and calculate the logistics as a single route — considerably cheaper than individual journeys. Branding produced once can be reused at every stop.
How long does set-up on the stand take?
Small modules are ready in under an hour; larger modules take several hours depending on the build and sometimes need additional helpers. The exact number of set-up and dismantling helpers required is stated in your quotation. Tell us the build-up time slots at the fair and we will plan the delivery to fit.
