Why we have no off-the-shelf fixed prices
A module in Mönchengladbach does not cost the same as that same module in Vienna. Distance, site conditions, length of use and staffing all play their part. Here we show you openly which building blocks a quote is made of.
SB price and FS price — the key difference
On every product page you will find one or both prices, depending on the module. They differ above all in one respect: whether our staff are on site during the event.
- SB price (self-staffed): you look after the module with your own people. Cheaper, but you provide the supervision.
- FS price (full service): includes one or more attendants for six hours of event time, plus setup and dismantling.
- In both cases, delivery is not yet part of the calculation.
- Not every module is available self-staffed — some attractions have to be staffed by our own specialists.

This overview shows which items are part of the module price and which ones we calculate separately.

Logistics is not included in the module prices and is calculated separately. Invoices always apply the rate of VAT valid at the time of delivery or performance.
These six factors shape your quote
If you name these points in your enquiry, we can put together a reliable calculation straight away — instead of having to come back to you twice.
- Event location and distance: this determines vehicle size, travel time and the number of trips.
- Date and season: depending on the date, modules and attendants are booked up to very different degrees.
- Operating time: six hours is standard. Less does not change the module price, more costs extra.
- Staffing model: self-staffed or full service.
- Site conditions: access, ground surface, floor level, lift, ground protection panels, helpers required.
- Extras: branding, decoration, fun food, longer standing times, setup or dismantling on other days.
From guide price to binding quote
Getting your bearings in the shop
On the listing and the product page you see a “from” price that does not yet include logistics. It shows the order of magnitude — not the final price.
Enquiry with the basic details
You add your address and contact details, the event location, the event date and — as far as you know it — the length of the event. Only then can logistics be costed at all.
Individual calculation
We cost out modules, staff, vehicles and extras for your event specifically.
Quote or reply within 24 hours
You receive a detailed quote listing every item — or at least a reply with the last open questions.
Questions about prices and payment
Is there a complete price list to download?

Why is there no flat rate for delivery?
Several factors come together in the travel costs — distance, vehicle size, number of trips and staffing. We work this out individually for every enquiry, which is why we deliberately do without flat rates.
When is the invoice due?
Payment and cancellation terms are governed by our terms and conditions. We are happy to go through the terms that apply to your order with you beforehand.
Does it get cheaper if I hire several modules?
That can only be answered case by case. The module price stays as it is; on the logistics side it can pay off when several modules fit into one transport — the travel costs are then shared. Whether that works out in your case depends on the volume, among other things, and becomes clear during the calculation. So please put everything into a single enquiry wherever possible.
Are there special terms for clubs or schools?
Just talk to us. For small budgets we often recommend self-staffing, collection from our warehouse in Mönchengladbach — possible there for some modules — or a selection of modules that fits into one transport.
