Event planning

Event planning from a single source — you stay in control

Your company party is coming up and the planning is giving you a headache? It does not have to. We deliver turnkey events: from the first consultation through the planning to the event itself. You decide step by step what your event looks like — we make suggestions within your budget.

When in-house experience or resources are missing

Whether it is a street festival, a company anniversary or a summer party: planning a larger event is a project with particular demands. If you lack the in-house experience or the time for it, you have come to the right place. We take on as much as you want to hand over — and no more.

  • You tell us the occasion, the schedule and the budget.
  • We discuss first ideas so that we understand what you have in mind.
  • You receive detailed advice and a quote for your finished event — including event modules and fun food options that match the theme.

Event planning for your company party

From your basic details — size, date, price range — we put together a tailor-made company event. That makes preparing your anniversary, your summer party or the Christmas party considerably easier. Organisational or staffing bottlenecks in your own house no longer matter.

Besides the lower in-house workload, you gain efficiency: thanks to our years of experience in equipping events, we offer the complete package of event modules, decoration and fun food. Everything from a single source means less coordination, fewer transports and, on balance, usually lower costs too.

By the way: on request your company event comes with branding, of course — from stickers and large-format banners through to a branded module.

Checklist

Event planning step by step

Rome wasn’t built in a day — and you plan your event one step at a time in just the same way. These five steps are our checklist for working together.

Describe your request

To make a fitting offer, we need to understand your plans. Describe the type of event, the number and age of your guests, the framework such as location and date, and your budget.

Clarify the details

We talk through the details and work out which kind of event suits you. A beach party as a street festival? Or does a Wild West adventure fit better?

Compile the proposal

We put together a complete event proposal and cost out various modules within your budget.

Select and adjust

You pick from the optional modules until the event matches what you had in mind.

Plan and deliver

We plan the event, schedule vehicles and attendants and take care of running it — in full service with setup, staffing and dismantling if you wish, or alternatively self-staffed.

What we take on

Modules, decoration, fun food, staff — and the coordination in between

An event package rarely consists of attractions alone. We supply the elements that make a site work as a whole, and we coordinate what happens on setup day.

  • Event modules from our portfolio of around 400 attractions — from the bouncy castle to the VR simulator
  • Decoration to match the theme, Wild West or ice rink for example
  • Fun food from our fun food trucks, matched thematically to your event
  • Covered structures and bad-weather options on request
  • Trained attendants for staffing and entertainment — in full service with setup and dismantling
  • Delivery with our own vans or by freight forwarder, throughout Europe
FAQ

Questions about event planning

Do you handle permits as well?

No. Permit and registration procedures, along with the fees involved, normally rest with the event organiser. For our modules, however, we provide you with the documentation we hold: our climbing walls and play equipment from five metres in height have a current TÜV certificate and a logbook in accordance with EN 13814 (DIN 4112), and our inflatable play equipment is manufactured to DIN 14960. It is best to tell us as early as the quotation stage if you or your safety officer need documents.

How early should I enquire?

In peak season, sought-after modules are taken early, and for winter products such as the ice rink an early enquiry pays off too. As a rule: the earlier you ask, the wider the choice. We normally respond to your enquiry within 24 hours — with a quote, or at least with a reply.

Can you look after multi-day events too?

Yes, multi-day assignments are possible — simply get in touch. We build the operating and deployment times in from the start; a deployment of more than six hours is possible, but comes at an additional cost. It is best to tell us your preferred time slots as early as the quotation stage, including when setup or dismantling is to take place on the previous or the following day.

What does the planning itself cost?

A first conversation and a quote are prepared without obligation. The quote then lists the modules, the staffing and the logistics. Transport and travel costs are worked out individually for every enquiry — there are no flat rates for them, because too many factors come into play.

Occasion, location, date, number of guests, budget — that is all we need to get going.
