The Xtreme Team is looking for reinforcements
Working while everyone else is celebrating — and being somewhere different every weekend. We are always looking for people to transport and staff our events across Europe.
Attendants / event staff (m/f/d)
We are always looking for people to help us run our events across Europe — specifically for transport, setup, staffing the modules and dismantling. No office job, no desk: you are out at company parties, town festivals, trade fairs and TV productions, making sure that guests have fun and that everything runs safely.
- Transporting the modules to the venue and back
- Setup and dismantling together with the team
- Staffing and entertaining guests during the operating time
- Safety checks and briefing the participants
What you ideally bring with you
We agree the form of cooperation with you individually — whether you join us for the odd weekend or would like to be on the road regularly is something we discuss together. Simply get in touch.
- You are reliable and take responsibility.
- You are open-minded, communicative and have a good command of German.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have no problem working while others are celebrating.
- A driving licence is an advantage — experience with vans, vans with trailers and lorries up to 7.49 t is very welcome, but not a requirement.

Getting to know each other
We get back to you, answer any open questions and discuss possible assignments.
Training and first assignment
In a training session you get to know our modules and receive a short theoretical introduction to the basics. After that it is off to your first event.
