Christmas party — a winter programme that wants to be booked early
Christmas parties compete for the same weeks and the same modules. Anyone enquiring in November usually only gets what is left. Anyone enquiring in spring gets the ice rink.
The centrepiece of every larger winter event is the ice rink — with us in 140 or 280 m². The Bavarian Curling Lane Kids, Speed Check Ice Hockey and Table Ice Hockey Chexx go with it as smaller stations. Without ice, the Tubing Run and the Toboggan Slide work well, and Ski Simulator Pro and the Snowboard Simulator add the slope part indoors.
The look is taken care of by the Ice Rink Decoration Package, the Bouncy Castle Winter House for children, Air Dancer Snowman, Air Dancer Santa Claus and Air Display Snowman as eye-catchers from a distance. With the fun food, roasted almonds, gingerbread hearts, chocolate-coated candy apples and Belgian waffles provide the smell you associate with a Christmas market — served from the nostalgia booth or the market stall.
If your party takes place entirely indoors, go for casino tables, pinball machines, the retro arcade machine, the Reaction Wall and the photo booth. These modules are quiet enough for conversation and need neither water nor any particular ceiling height.
A planning note: winter events often run over several days or weeks. Talk to us early about staffing shifts, maintenance windows and setup times — with ice rinks, the setup is not a half-day project. And with outdoor stands, remember adequate lighting: once darkness falls, our terms and conditions make the client responsible for it.

- Winter fun food: roasted almonds, gingerbread hearts, candy apples, waffles
- Ensure adequate lighting at the installation point once it is dark
Häufige Fragen: Weihnachtsfeier
How far in advance should we enquire about an ice rink?
As early as possible, ideally in spring. Ice rinks are demanding to build and to run and usually stay in one place for several weeks — availability during Advent is limited accordingly. For smaller winter modules such as the Eisstockbahn or the ski simulator, six to eight weeks are normally enough.
Do winter modules work without frost?
Yes. Our ice rinks have their own refrigeration technology and do not depend on sub-zero temperatures. The Tubingbahn and the Rodelrutschbahn need no snow at all. The simulators run independently of the weather in any case, indoors as well.
What do we need on site for an ice rink?
A firm, level, load-bearing area of sufficient size, a suitable power supply, good access for lorries and vans, and adequate lighting after dark. We will state the exact requirements in your quotation — ideally send us photos or a site plan of the intended area.
