At a summer party, colleagues come with their families. That means you need a programme for the adults, one for the children and at least a plan for the event that it rains.
For the adult guests, Human Kicker XL and XXL, Bull Riding, Speed Cage, Bungee Running and Bumper Balls work well outdoors. For children, bouncy castles are the safe choice — from the Bouncy Castle Standard 4 x 5 m to the Pirate Ship Maxi — together with the Bobby Car Track, Merlin’s Carousel, face painting and Airbrush Tattoo. In hot weather, water decides how successful the day is: Water Slide Ocean, Paddle Pool, Water Roll and the Endless Surfer are our most requested summer modules.
Water modules need a C-hose water connection with a Storz coupling size C, 42 mm internal diameter — the same connection the fire brigade uses. Clarify this with the venue early on, it is the most common reason for replanning shortly before the date.
On the weather: at outdoor events, the client carries the weather risk. We are therefore happy to plan a bad-weather option from the outset — Air Pavillon, Air Tent or a lightweight marquee over the sensitive stations, plus two or three modules that also work under cover.
The ground is the second classic: the modules have to stand firm, level and on a load-bearing surface. On soft grass after rain we work with ground protection mats — let us know beforehand and we will bring them along.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?
At outdoor events the client bears the weather risk — so nothing is cancelled automatically. In practice this means we are there and we set up. For safety reasons some modules must not be operated in heavy rain or storms; our event staff decide that on site. That is why we recommend planning marquees and weatherproof modules in from the start.
Do we need power out on the field?
Yes, almost all modules need power. As a rule one or more Schuko or standard domestic sockets are enough; in rare cases we need three-phase power. Important: if we request several connections, they have to be separately fused. You will find the exact requirement in the module's technical facts and in your quotation.
Can we have the modules set up the day before?
In principle, yes. Tell us your preferred time window while we are still preparing the quotation, so that we can schedule vehicles and staff accordingly. Set-up on the previous day involves additional costs and has to be agreed in advance — in return, the morning of the event is considerably more relaxed.
