Players have to grip the big hard rubber hammer firmly with both hands, swing it back and then hit the lever in exactly the right spot. Here it is the interplay of the right technique and the necessary amount of power that decides how far the puck shoots up the guide rail. The experts hammer the puck all the way to the top and make the bell ring. Decorative fences serve as a safety barrier and round off the look of this Western game.
