A biathlon laser rifle for an authentic experience at the biathlon shooting range

Biathlon is one of the most popular winter sports. Millions of spectators watch on site or in front of the television as the biathletes tackle the mix of cross-country skiing and shooting. Competitions are usually decided at the shooting stage, where the utmost precision is required. With laser biathlon from Xtreme Events, everyone can experience that thrill at the biathlon shooting range.

In our laser biathlon, two shooters compete directly against each other. The weapons used are high-quality biathlon laser rifles from Anschütz, the traditional manufacturer of hunting and sporting arms, which match the shape of a professional biathlon rifle. Instead of 5.62 mm calibre ammunition, the five targets are aimed at with a laser beam from the Laserpower rifles. As soon as the target box registers a hit, a green light comes on above the target.

Laser biathlon calls for concentration and precision

In the contest with the Laserpower rifles, concentration, precision and a steady hand are what count. The two opponents line up next to each other to find out who hits their five targets fastest. The timing is started and stopped with a buzzer. The current record is under five seconds, so your guests face a real challenge!

Our laser biathlon can optionally be extended with electronic name registration and performance evaluation of the participants, with the current leaderboard shown on a 50-inch big screen. For the awards ceremony afterwards we also offer the matching winners' podium. In addition, we offer various branding options for this event module. With service from Xtreme Events, laser biathlon is staffed by a trained attendant who takes care of setting the equipment up correctly and explains to participants how to handle the biathlon laser rifle and the laser shooting range.
