Space, power and build time: what we need on site
Whether a module fits your site is rarely decided by the module, but by the conditions around it. Anyone who settles these three points in advance avoids the unpleasant surprises on the day.
Space — and the room above it
On top of the footprint there is always a safety zone, and for modules with structures a height as well. Indoors, clearance height is more often the problem than the floor plan. Give us length, width and height of the available area, not just the square metres.
Power — a connection, not a socket
Most modules need a connection of their own, some three-phase power. What matters is not whether sockets exist, but how far away the nearest suitable connection is and how it is fused. Where there is nothing, a generator is the answer — but it belongs in the planning, not in the build day.
Build time and access
Build times differ widely, and how close the vehicle can get matters just as much. Access over kerbs, through narrow gates or across soft ground quickly adds hours. City-centre locations also need a parking permit.
